This role requires 2 years of Home Health experience.
The facility requires candidates to have Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, weekend TBD
Fully Covid vaccinated and boosted travelers only are eligible for this need.
Willing to be flexible regarding work hours.. Must be willing to accept “on call” responsibilities.
One year acute nursing care required, hospital based preferred.
Experience in home care setting strongly preferred.
Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
BSN strongly preferred
Current Driver License (and insurance) Required
In order to effectively provide home care, must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
BLS must be AHA
